Simply fill in the blanks provided and total the separate items and shipping amounts into the "Total amount" field. Once all necessary blanks are populated, select a payment method, and then click the SUBMIT button. This will forward the information to websaylor.com, and a confirmation email will be sent to you usually within 24 hours. Once you receive the confirmation email, send payment to the appropriate payment address provided in the email using PayPal or regular mail. Don't worry if you make a mistake on a submitted form.
